HAPPENING AND LIVING LIBRARY ON THE TOPIC OF: "AND WHERE YOU ARE?"

under the patronage of "YOU"

Within the framework of the international project „Sailors on the CitizenShip“ – Fair XXL
in front of OC PLaza, LIBEREC, Czech Republic, 14.5. 2010

The main targets of this action are:

point to an option to be active in public life with the help of local iniciatives

point to "why lack of interest hurts"

create an open súace for inspiration to active public life with the help of living library

introduce non-formal education as alike system of dicovering surrounding world as formal education

fight against national stereotypes, which are presented in czech society

What we are preparing?

Happening - the part of happening is improvisating theatre, joggling workshop and ofcourse spontaneity and surprise, because that´s what is happening about.

Living library - living library is a library, where people are books. Everyone has own personal story, an experience, which could be shared with others. Participants of the project Sailors on the CitizenShip are people who are active in public life as youth workers, activists, journalists, local politics, NGO leaders... Than you have chance to get inspiration or just nod...

Human logo - come with us to create the biggest human logo. The question is "AND WHERE YOU ARE?" We build these words and than take a birdpicture all together.
